Production Engineering Supervisor  - PT Nissan Motor Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Improve flow process of Industrial manufacture
• Create efficiency of manufacturing process
• Make summary activity each improvement activites
• To support improvement activities such as:
  • Man power effectiveness
  • Capacity up / cost reduction
  • Improvement related ergonomic concern
• New Plant preparation
  • Process development
  • Problem analysis and countermeasure

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of  4.00
• Has more than 2 years experience in the same related field
• Male, Age 26 – 31 years old
• Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
• Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
• Computer literate, fast learned, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
• Has big interest in automotive
