BRANCH MANAGER WILAYAH KALIMANTAN SELATAN (BMKS)
- Identifies, develops, and maintains relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Do day by day sales activities, including follow up & monitoring
- Do day by day account management
- Lead & Manage relationship with sales team and strategic partner
- Take ownership of all sales activation, sales revenue and team’s targets
- Responsible for business development initiatives for company’s services
- Liaises and coordinates closely with related division to understand customers’ needs and looks for suitable solutions
- Knows and understands tender rules and requirements, prepares tender documents and attends the related tenders meeting
- Provides reports on forecast, market intelligence and competition
- Develop sales strategies and coordinate the sales team to achieve sales target
- Create and implement effective direct sales strategies.
- Translate strategies into annual sales plan.
- Prepare and commit to monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, and actively convert prospects into customers
- Insight in to market dynamism and research detail to formulate effective advertising and promotion solution to achieve marketing and sales plan.
- Analyzes branch finances and operations to optimize productivity and costs.
- Manages current customer relationships, and calls on prospective customers to generate new business.
- Provides product knowledge and solutions to customers and team when needed.
- Managing team and subordinates, monitoring and achieve sales growth and profitability
- Develop and Manage a business operation that increase sales, market share, customer satisfaction, coordinating and monitoring all sales, export and import team
- Male/Female, between 28-35 years old
- Min. S1 degree from a reputable university
- At least 5 years experiences in sales field/ marketing to achieve sales target, minimum 2 years as sales manager
- Excellent personality with good attitude and integrity
- Strong leadership & target oriented person
- Confidence, creative, pro-active & self initiative
- Able to work undertight deadline
- Able to manage resources and team involve in the sales cycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skill and able to communicate with several levels of person in the organization
- Excellent writing skill, business proposal, letter, etc. both in English and Indonesia
- Can use and operate Microsoft office tools
- Preferably coming from consulting field
- Good project management skills as well as strong analytical and organization capabilities
- Good understanding to operate branch
