We are currently looking for:

AGRONOMIST MANAGER ( AM ) SULAWESI TENGGARA

(Permanent Employee – Sulawesi Tenggara)

The Agronomist Manager is responsible to provide technical guidance of Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) to Givaudan Farmer-partners, Assist Farmers to able increasing their crop production and productivity which in turn can meet Givaudan needs both in quantity and quality of the crops

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Indonesia Farmers in all areas where Indonesia Origination Department has activities.

REQUIREMENTS :

•    Bachelor Degree in Agronomist/Forestry
•     Has experience in Agronomy Industry minimum 5 years, also has experiences in essential plant is favorable
•     Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skill
•     Keen with details
•     Able to work independently, as well as a team member
•     Mature, reliable, honest, trustworthy
•     Strong analytical thinking
•     Has experience in implementing / using automated system/ SAP
•     Strong drive
