Development & Analysis

Job Role:

1. Conduct market analysis and trend analysis consist of macro and micro environment.
2. Doing technical analysis and coordination with 3rd party both of internal (IT, Network, Segment, Regional, Branches, Legal, Regulation, procurement, Customer Service, Marketing Communication, Channel Management)  and external (Content Provider, Content Owner and Content Application).
3. Create business analysis.

Experience & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree of Economy or Industrial Engineering
2. Background marketing
3. 2 years experience are preferable, fresh graduate welcom to apply
4. Good personality, enthusiast and high motivation
5. Fluent in English both oral or written

Senior Fraud Analyst

Role Purpose :

To Analyze , Investigate & Hound do action to Effectively fraud . The purpose of the roles is to Minimise exposure to fraudulent abuse or attack on Indosat 's revenue streams by through prevention , timely detection , analysis of threats against Indosat 's products , services and revenue and doing suspicious action to Effectively fraud . To Ensure that all revenue streams are properly safeguarded bearing in mind Indosat 's obligation to employees , shareholders and customers .

Their role holder will work closely within the Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance Group Division to execute a fraud detection strategy by typically responding to alerts generated by the various fraud management solutions , external and internal reports , GSM Roaming High Usage reports and other data is as Necessary . Looking for anomalies and probing into cases containing key indicators of fraud . Conforming to and introducing techniques to Ensure alerts and their source and all other inputs are functioning accurately and subsequently escalating to the management areas where the source needs to be given higher attention .

Experience & Qualifications :

1 . Education Level : S1 / S2

2 . Has suitable strong and hard competency

3 . Excellent analytical skills , fundamentals telco , fraud detection , analysis , and investigation

4 . Excellent communication skills ( English and Indonesian ) both verbal & written

5 . Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Job Role :

Diagnose market trends and use customer analytics to design output as reference - based customer lifecycle campaigns . Develop customer lifecycle - based campaigns based on customer micro - segmentation . Develop a comprehensive campaign to improve campaign performance analysis . Ensure all required official documents and reporting well - managed

Experience & Qualifications :

- Min D3 / S1 Economy , Engineering , Marketing , Operations Management , Research , Statistics .

- Min . 1 year experience in marketing ( analysis & planning)

- Knowing Customer Lifecycle Management is preferable

- Strong analytical and logical skills

- Excellent verbal & Written communication ( English & English )

- Presentation skills capability

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Target oriented and problem solving approach

- Able to work in details the data analysis capability and moderate

- Open minded and creative

- Able to work both individually and in teamwork

- Able to work consistently under pressure
