We are one of the biggest and most integrated coconut producers in the world (Santan Kara), our factory location in Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Propinsi Riau.We are currently expanding our operations and recruiting qualified and motivated individuals to join with our management team for various positions:

BUILDING PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibility:

• Handling management of the company facilities, assets management and mess.
• Planned construction of housing for employee (mess) including maintenance.
• Prepared budgets and policies (SOP) regarding building management.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned by management.
• Ensure workplace health and safety requirement are met and take responsibility for the security of the building.
• Ensure KPI targets are achieved and leading the team for continuous improvement.

Specific Requirement:

• Male, age 30 – 40 years old.
• Min. Bachelor Degree (D3 or S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Min. 5 years experience in related field and will be advantage in contractor or consultant building (Middle Managerial Level).
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18000 will be advantages.
• High level to operate computer: Ms. Office, Autocad, Visio, etc.

General Requirement:

• Good analytical thinking, problem solving oriented and decision making.
• Ability to perform under pressure environment and tight constrains.
• Fluent in English both oral and written will be highly advantage.
• Willing to work in Factory Site.
