We are prestigious MNC engage in FMCG Manufacturing, specialized in beverages, and located in Cikarang. Due to our fast growth and expanding of Business Units, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of:

Maintenance Chief

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male, 25-45 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical.
• 3 years minimum experience from Beverage Manufacturing (milk, drink, juice, beer, or another beverages industry)
• Familiar using PLC system and understand electrical system.
• Having experience in handling HVAC, genset, boiler, air compressor, and water treatment.
• Experience in Beverage Manufacturing Machines SACMI, KRONES, SIDEL is a must.
• Understand Management Power Plant.
• Good English communication skill, both verbal and oral.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email) & good writing report skill.
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal and organization skills
• Mature, independent, highly motivated, self-drive, attention to details and having good skills for problem solving.
• Willing to be located in Lippo Cikarang.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

• Excellent Maintenance Planner (Preventive Maintenance Schedule).
• Designing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for machinery, equipment, and facilities in Production.
• Good maintenance analysis by minimizing downtime occured.
• Implementing cost reductions and more efficient working methods
• Develop guidelines and other instructions about maintenance and repair of production machinery or equipment, including water and air.
• Coordinating, giving work direction, and supervising subordinates' activities to improve work-efficiency
• Oversee the implementation of expenditure (cost) incurred by the implementation of maintenance and repair activities
• Work with outside contractors for new equipment installation.
• Ensure that SAFETY is importance in the plant
• Handling day to day and periodic maintenance activities.
• Handling equipment, air compressors, ammonia systems, injection, blow, or other related to beverages production (including air cooling, engine cooling, water pump, 
• Understand PLC, Drive Control, Gear Box, Compressor High Pressure
• Ensure spare parts and preventative maintenance items are on hand and managed.
• Maintain labor discipline and assess subordinates' performance regularly
• Implementing other tasks given by the production manager
