SALES ENGINEER ( SOLO – JEPARA )

Requirements :

• Male,  Maximum 32 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
• At least 3-5years of working experience in the same field of or who has working or has knowledge in Abbrasive / Wood Business
• Experience working in home-based services preferred
• English must be fluent in written and spoken
• Should be able to present the technical side to the clients
• Should have an experience in make Sales Report
• Having experience in tendering and proposal will be advantage
• Having ability to networking and maintain relationship with costumers
• Good skill in developing and nurturing effective and partnering working relationship with various parties within the business
• Having ability to understand how to implement business strategies
• This position is placed in Jepara, Solo

Responsibilities :

• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
• Submit quotation, negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Promoting sales of maintenance services and equipment, including spare parts, and advise the headquarters of possible sales leads
• Being available on an `on call` basis to advise customers out of hours and, if necessary, make site visits
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
• Effectively managing all escalations in a proactive manner to reduce customer down time using specialist product training
• Accurately recording and reporting all activities using the relative documents provided by the customers and the company
