We need individuals who are smart, dynamic and responsible for the work to fill the position as:

FITTING OUT – DRAFTER STAFF

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Preparation of Drawing Works
• Able to handle project independently from drawing works till completion if needed.
• Responsible for running the whole or part of a construction store
• Make sure a project is completed safely, on time and within budget, and proper quality.
• Responsibilities include making preparations before work begins on site including communicating with the public, architects, engineers and related parties involved on the project.
• Managing the building process once work has begun on site.
• Monitoring project progress and ensure project is completed on schedule.
• Managing and Supervising the Subordinate.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Male/Female, max 27 years old
• S1/D3 graduated Civil Engineer/Architecture with min GPA 2.75
• Having 1-2 years experience in Contractor Company will be an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Having ability to calculate the project budgeting
• Advance knowledge of Ms. Office, autoCAD, or equal
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, creative, proactive high motivation, self driven, honest, fast learner, effort to work, can work independently and team work.
• Able to work under pressure
• Placement : Bandung
